This is just up the creek where all the granite was quarried to build the Mormon's temple in downtown Salt Lake City. By tilting the back of the view camera the log looms in the foreground and the rocks in the background are kept in focus. View cameras are fun to shoot with and they will make photographs that no other kind of camera can make. They do require some patience. There are no snapshots with a view camera!
